Rev. Joseph C Gomez

Born in Silver City, New Mexico, Reverend Joseph C. Gomez is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, a published author, a credentialed Assemblies of God minister, and the voice behind Renegadez: Men of Faith & Fortitude©️, a podcast dedicated to guiding men on the path of authentic masculinity and unshakable faith. Known as “Preacher Joe,” he blends the grit of a Marine, the heart of a minister, and the wisdom of a seasoned biker to inspire and challenge men from all walks of life.

Military Service:
Joseph served 11 years in the U.S. Marine Corps, earning the rank of Sergeant. With two combat deployments to Iraq, he worked as an M1A1 Main Battle Tank Mechanic and was awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal, Combat Action Ribbon, and other honors. His military experiences profoundly shaped his perspective on leadership, brotherhood, and resilience.

Faith Journey:
At 14, Joseph gave his life to God at Glad Tidings Assemblies of God Church in Silver City. He began preaching at 18 and was mentored by Brother Coker, who became a pivotal figure in his early ministry. With a deep love for the Word of God, Joseph's ministry is rooted in unapologetic truth, emphasizing raw, real faith over empty religion.

Through his podcast, Renegadez: Men of Faith & Fortitude©️, Reverend Gomez tackles tough topics like masculinity, spiritual growth, and resilience, offering practical, scripture-based wisdom. His mission is to show men they can follow Christ and embrace their strength, grit, and identity without compromise.
